Who we are
Personalized Care in a Comfortable Home
Spring Meadows is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly in South Corona, California — a place designed to give seniors the support they need in a smaller, genuinely home-like setting. With a maximum of six residents, the house stays quiet, familiar, and unhurried, and everyone here is known by name.
That small size shapes everything. Caregivers learn each resident's routines, preferences, and history, so help arrives the way it is wanted and at the pace that feels right. Residents keep as much independence as they comfortably can, surrounded by people who respect their dignity and treat them as individuals rather than as a room to be managed.
Just as importantly, families are part of life here. We stay in close conversation with the people who love our residents, so they always know how their parent or relative is doing — and can feel confident that they are cared for, comfortable, and part of a community that genuinely values them.

Our philosophy
Care Centered Around the Individual
Every senior has their own routines, preferences, personality, background, and needs. Rather than asking residents to fit into a fixed schedule, we build the day around the person — because care that respects the individual looks different for everyone.
Dignity & Respect
Residents are treated with kindness, patience, and respect while maintaining as much independence as possible.
Personalized Attention
Our smaller residential setting allows caregivers to become familiar with each resident's preferences, routines, and needs.
Comfort & Belonging
We strive to create an environment that feels like home — not an institution.
Family Connection
We value communication with families and recognize their important role in each resident's life.
The six-bed difference
Small by Design. Personal by Nature.
For some families, a large senior community is the right answer. For others, the quieter rhythm of a six-resident home is what makes the difference. Here is what our size makes possible.

An intimate residential environment
A real house in a quiet neighborhood, rather than a wing of a large campus. The pace of the day feels calm and domestic.
A small resident community
With only six people here, the house stays peaceful and everyone genuinely knows one another.
Greater familiarity between caregivers and residents
Caregivers learn each resident's habits, preferences, and background — and residents are cared for by people they recognize.
Personalized daily routines
Days can be shaped around when someone likes to wake, eat, rest, or spend time outdoors, rather than a facility-wide schedule.
Comfortable shared living spaces
Living and dining areas designed for sitting together, sharing meals, and enjoying ordinary, easy company.
Companionship and social interaction
Small numbers make it natural to strike up a conversation, join in an activity, or simply sit with someone.
A quieter alternative
Less bustle, less noise, and fewer crowds — an environment that is easier to settle into and feel at home in.

Our home
A Comfortable Place to Call Home
Spring Meadows is a welcoming residential environment, designed so residents feel comfortable, settled, and secure from their very first day. It is a house with the ordinary rhythms of home — the smell of a meal being prepared, a chair in a sunny spot, and company close by when someone wants it.
Comfortable living spaces
Warm, familiar rooms to sit, read, rest, or simply be — with the freedom to spend the day at your own pace.
Room to relax and socialize
Shared areas where residents can enjoy one another's company, or find a quiet corner when they would rather be alone.
Dining together
Meals shared around the table, at a pace that allows for conversation and connection rather than a rushed schedule.
A residential neighborhood setting
A quiet South Corona location, with the gentle rhythm of everyday life going on around the house.
Our commitment
Supporting Residents. Reassuring Families.
Choosing care for someone you love is one of the most important decisions a family will make. It rarely comes easily, and it usually comes with a great many questions. Our aim is simple: to give residents a caring, respectful place to live, and to give families the confidence of knowing their loved one is supported, safe, and well looked after.
For residents
A calm, comfortable home where you are known by name, treated with dignity, and encouraged to keep doing the things that make you who you are.
For families
Open, honest communication and a small team who always know how your loved one is doing — so you can visit, ask questions, and feel at ease.
We would rather have an honest conversation than make a promise we cannot keep. If Spring Meadows is not the right fit for your family, we will tell you so — and help you think through what might be.
